Description

FIBREVision is part of the KVM extenders and enables a computer with a digital video output to be operated remotely from a distance up to 550 metres (multimode) or 10.000 metres (singlemode) over optical fibre.
 
The system transmits the keyboard, digital video, mouse, RS232 and audio as well as transparent USB 1.1 signals via optic fibres.

FIBREVision carries out all of the settings for the user and provides an optimum image on both workstations.

Installation

Generally, a cable set consisting of 1 x USB (keyboard/mouse) or PS/2 and 1 x DVI-D (video) is used to connect the computer to the FIBREVision CPUtransmitter.

The distance from the FIBREVision CON workstation module is bridged by optical fibres (single or multimode)

Of course, the existing infrastructure cabling can be used. Simply connect your monitor, keyboard and mouse to the workstation module(optionally via PS/2 or USB).
