KVM Extenders for your applications
G&D's KVM extender systems extend computer signals. Systems consist of a computer module and a user module.
KVM extenders transmit the following signals:
- Video (DVI/VGA; single- or multi-channel)
- Keyboard/mouse (PS/2 & USB)
- USB 1.1, USB 2.0
- Audio
- RS232
- Remote power switching sequences
Listed according to the video signal they transmit, the following variants are available:
DVI KVM Extenders
- Up to 10,000 m over optical fibres
- Resolutions up to 2 × 2560 × 1600 @ 60 Hz or
2 × 2048 × 2048 @ 60 Hz
DVI/VGA Extenders
- Up to 10,000 m over optical fibres
- Resolutions up to 2 × 1920 × 1200 @ 60 Hz
VGA KVM Extenders
- Up to 300 m over CAT-x cable
- Resolutions up to 4 × 1920 × 1440 @ 75 Hz
Signal Extenders
Single-signal extenders extend the following signals: single-link DVI, RS232, USB 1.1 or USB 2.0, video or signals according to the IEEE1394b protocol. The system comprises a computer module and a user or single module.
