Function

The CPU switches DVIMUX from G&D enable the operation of 2, 4 or 8 computers from a single user console (keyboard, digital/analog video, mouse, audio and USB).

The switching between the computers is done via push button or hotkeys.

The USB variant offers a double hub for USB devices.

Theswitches work with total keyboard/mouse emulation for all channels andensure error-free booting of a computer, as well as the stableoperation of all connected computers.

Multichannel variants

DevCon function (optional for the DL-MUX4)

The optionally available „DevCon function“ forwards messages to a Syslog server. Monitoring via SNMP is also made possible.

Installation

Connection to the computer is done on the back side of the device. The computer interfaces for keyboard, video, mouse, audio and USB are connected to the switch by unmistakable standard cables.

Connecting the user console is just as convenient. Simply insert the keyboard, video, mouse audio and USB devices in the intended interfaces - and that's it.
