Last week they took part in a hands-on seminar for renowned integrators of the AV sector.

On the 6th of October Koning & Hartman and other AV specialists like Philips MMD, Microsoft, Nexcom and AOpen invited integrators to spend a day learning about all kinds of possible Digital Signage solutions. The technical capabilities spanned from the use of large displays with integrated network connection up to software packages to manage content.
During the seminar Koning & Hartman displayed the “DiSign 1AV8” from Guntermann & Drunck in a demo environment. The DiSign series extends and multiplies VGA and audio signals from one source to up to 16 video devices. There are different modules to connect the displays. Customers can choose between long distance modules (up to 300 m in between computer and display) and short distance modules (up to 50 m computer/display distance).

For demonstration, three 19” screens and one 42” display were connected. Thanks to the automatic video calibration of the DiSign 1AV8, the result was a clear and high quality video performance.
